PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of discomfort at driving again caused by a hot seat heated in a parking car by solar radiation in summer season. SOLUTION: A heat transfer device comprises air nozzles 14 installed within a seat, an air passage to convey air 15, Pertier module 16 to cool down/warm up air, a fan 17 to send air and a secondary battery 18 recharged during a drive for running the fan 17. When temperature of a seat 10 starts to go up by strong sunshine, the fan 17 being driven by the rechargeable secondary battery 18, air blows out from the nozzles 14 and the temperature increase is controlled. Thus, a driver can sit down on the seat as usual when driving again. Furthermore, since the seat temperature does not go up, a comfortable environment in the car is secured once the Pertier module 16 is driven.
