The leading edge of the film making contact with the bolt is reinforced (1.2) so as here to protrude beyond the film endface or again the reinforcement is applied to two opposing faces of one film. The reinforcement can also be set at an angle to the film plane. When using two films for the opening job, both film leading edges can be bent towards one another. In operation, two films are introduced between door and frame so that at righthand bends the lefthand film is pushed ahead and vice versa. In this case the tool, i.e. needle etc, is inserted between the two films.
