PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a heat plate stuck with a metal member having excellent sealability. SOLUTION: On the sticking face 3 of an aluminum member 1 to be stuck, a groove 4 to become a meandering heat medium channel is formed, and a recess 2 is provided on the periphery so as to surround the groove 4 in a annular state. And on the stuck face 8 of the aluminum material 6, an annular projection 7 is provided at the opposite position. The aluminum member 1 and the aluminum member 6 are for making forging by forging means using a die 11 restraining the outer periphery by combining the annular recess 2 and the annular projection 7, wherein the annular recess 2 and the annular projection 7 form a joining part, the stuck face 3 of the aluminum member 1 and the stuck face 8 of the aluminum member 6 are metal-stuck at the plane- contact part and the stuck face 3a and 8a of the outer periphery are also metal stuck, thereby bringing about a complete sticking of outermost periphery as well.
