PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-use stable keeper for a finger ring which has a simple and low cost structure, and can securely control turning of the finger ring. SOLUTION: This stable keeper 20 for a finger ring has a turnable body 2 of a double-layered structure composed of a first member 21 made of a resin and approximately in cylindrical shape, and a second member 22 made of an elastic member, each with an approximately same axis. The turnable body 2 is provided with an open hole 4 of an approximately circle in a cross section penetrated in the axial direction extending eccentrically from the central axis, and a slit 6 formed in a thinnest section of radial thickness in the turnable body where a peripheral surface 2a of the turnable body 2 and the open hole 4 are connected communicatively. Prescribed torque is generated by the second member 22 around the open hole 4 between a circle ring in the finger ring and the second member, and the turnable body 2 can be prevented from unnecessarily turning and slipping out.
