PURPOSE: A railroad track device is provided to install on a concrete road without using a tie keeping the horizontal location and interval of both rails and to reduce vibration of track and noise occurring during running. CONSTITUTION: The railroad track device comprises a base plate(11) for placing a rail(10) stably on the exact location, a lateral rail pressure absorber(12) for absorbing pressure working toward the outside of a track when a train runs, a rail fitting device(13) for fitting the base plate(11) to the rail(10), a fixing device(14) for fixing the base plate(11) on a concrete road, and a dustproof device(15) for absorbing the impact and vibration of a train transferred to the base plate(11) to be extinguished.
