LCD PANEL AND METHOD OF FABRICATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An LCD panel and a method of fabricating the panel are provided to use a polyimide film as a material of LCD substrate to produce a flexible LCD panel that can endure high-temperature processes. CONSTITUTION: An LCD panel includes the first substrate(13) on which a color filter(C/F) is formed and the second substrate(12) on which a thin film transistor is formed corresponding to each pixel. The LCD panel controls the quantity of transmitted light according to the voltage across the two substrate to display images. The second substrate is formed of polyimide film. The polyimide film is formed by one of dipping, spin coating and roll coating.
