PURPOSE: A kiosk system is provided to provide a user of specific requested information having central control function to diagnose itself of any problem. CONSTITUTION: The first stage is to examine the kiosk computer system by the abnormal function diagnosing module regularly. When the diagnosing process is over, using the modem, the status information of the kiosk computer system is to be sent to the kiosk remote management system server. With the status information, the system server diagnoses the kiosk computer system of any defect. If there is any defect, the information of the solution is to be taken to solve the problem and is to be sent to the kiosk remote management system. The solution is to be received and taken into action to solve the defect of the kiosk system.
