PURPOSE: A seat belt anchor structure of a rotary type seat is provided to enhance a safety of a passenger, remove a reinforcement structure installed to satisfy a strength condition of a seat belt and reduce a weight of a seat by improving the seat belt anchor structure to use a seat belt of three points type even if a direction of the rotary type seat is changed backwardly. CONSTITUTION: Each anchor structure(200) are transferred between an anchor position(P1,P2) requiring when a rotary type seat is placed forwardly, and an anchor position(P3,P4) requiring when the rotary type seat is placed backwardly. An upper anchor(20) and a lower anchor(22) are fixed at an outside and an inside of a guide rail(260) by bolt(220) and a nut(240) for fixing the anchor. A transferring cable(40) for transferring the nut(240) according to the guide rail is fixed at a rear side of the nut(240) for fixing the anchor.
