PURPOSE: Structure of a roof panel rail of a vehicle is provided to protect an occupant in a collision of a vehicle by installing a seat belt at a middle portion of a rear seat. CONSTITUTION: A roof rear outer upper rail(34) is installed at a rear lower portion of a roof panel(32). A tail gate hinge mounting reinforcing unit(38) is installed below the roof rear outer upper rail. A rear center seat belt reel upper panel(42) and a roof rear inner lower rail(36) are installed below the tail gate hinge mounting reinforcing unit. The roof rear inner lower rail is connected with the rear center seat belt reel upper panel via a connecting bolt(44). A head lining(40) is installed at a lower portion of the roof rear inner lower rail. The head lining has a seat belt reactor cover(46) and a seat belt reactor(48). Since the rear center seat belt reel upper panel is combined with the roof rear inner lower rail, the strength of a chassis is reinforced.
