PURPOSE: A method for the electronic commerce using vehicle-attached advertisements is provided to integrally manage and operate the items related with a service for advertising by the attachment of an advertising sticker or direct printing of an advertisement on a desired position. CONSTITUTION: Upon the approval by an authentication organization(118), an advertisement is registered with a vehicle(111) and an advertiser(116) is registered in a web server(113). An advertisement is produced corresponding to the type of advertising by an advertisement agent(115) registered in the web server. The advertisement is transmitted to a selling agent or a branch office(114) in the area desired by the advertiser, and is attached or printed on a vehicle. The printed result is stored in the web server, and a web server operating company notices the result to the advertiser. Depending on the result and agreement, a specific commission is distributed. For maximizing the effect of advertising, the web server operating company offers premiums, and the selling agent manages the vehicles of members.
