PURPOSE: An operation method for the franchising service utilizing a community and a recording medium storing the program capable of being read by a computer are provided to increase the on-line brand value by providing the progress and reservation status of meeting between community constituents as using the on-line brand. CONSTITUTION: The operation method for franchising service utilizing community comprises steps of constructing a cafe information DB by classifying the cafe information into each region(S101), transferring a web page concerning to the community including the cafe information after executing a log-in process(S108), displaying the reservation status of selected cafe after letting a user to select a cafe to make a reservation through the transferred web page(S110), storing the information for goods to be reserved and the cafe reservation information inputted from a user through the transferred web page and providing the result of reservation information inputted from the user(S114), and displaying the cafe reservation information status after finishing the payment of goods price inputted from the user(S118).
