PURPOSE: Provided is an assembly machine in an underwater tool for underwater shellfishes farming which cuts long aluminum wires at regular intervals and fixes to keep several shellfishes at regular intervals so that it improves workability. CONSTITUTION: The assembly machine in the underwater tool for the underwater shellfishes farming is characterized by moving the aluminum wires(66) wound in a winding wheel(62) by a movement chuck to gap between a bending press(35) and a press to cut shortly and bend in an arch type and then fixing at a band(68) in a small letter L type by 'X'-character groove and a pressing pole of the press to fix multiple shellfishes(67) at regular intervals for a short time.
