The railing kit includes foot point fastenings forming holders for posts (22), with an undercut slot on two relatively parallel opposite sides of slot and extending in the longitudinal direction. A screw (51) is movable in the slot in the post's longitudinal direction and by means of this is fixed a panelling element (50) or cross strut (53) connecting at least two posts. The foot point fastening is a mounting base (1) which has a profiled rail in which is fixed and longitudinally movable the post by its slot furthest from the panelling element, or a support arm (39) with the same cross section as the posts.
