<p>The trainer can be used in sports and in sports attraction performances. It allows simultaneous training of the muscles and the vestibular apparatus and consists of two vertical pylons (1) with an elastic rope (2) between them and protection belt (3) fitted in the middle of the rope (2). Under it a spring board (4) is fitted. Each of the pylons (1) has an upper (5) and lower (6) roller through which the extension ropes (7) to rope (2) pass which by means of middle ground roller (8) are connected to the pulley of a hoist (9).
