PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To visualize and analyze multidimensional data in automatic environment. SOLUTION: Multidimensional process data 100 are abstracted at least in three dimensions, two-dimensional correlation is visualized with a 2D map 110, and a linear quantity scale is visualized with a 1D map 120. When a user selects an area (ROI) 118 of interest on a map, the multidimensional data 100 are sliced according to the selected ROI and set as a subset of values cut by the dimensions. In the 1D map 120, values included in the ROI are computed and displayed. When a part group 128 is selected as an ROI in the 1D map 120, a process corresponding thereto is computed, a 2D map 110 is redrawn, and a specific pattern corresponding to its subset is shown.
