PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct an earthquake-resistant and safe foundation capable of perfectly preventing the differential settlement of a structure, building or the like on a soft ground and providing high habitability. SOLUTION: In this method, a parachute anchor laid in the soft bed is largely opened, whereby a strong and tough foundation can be constructed.
