PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily performing pretreatment that easily extracts and refines dioxins and performs pretreatment for analyzing the dioxins easily, and to provide a sampling device and a refining device for continuously operating sampling and refining. SOLUTION: Two processes are made at the sampling location of an object to be measured such as an exhaust gas, where the processes comprise the process for specifically and mainly sampling the dioxins from the object to be measured such as the exhaust gas and the process for selectively extracting the dioxins from the sampled object.
