<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a building member, by which the waste of a material used in the case of the execution of works of a building is eliminated and construction cost is reduced while an effect on environment can be decreased. SOLUTION: A long-sized material in length of 9 m or more is used as raw material. In an input process 101, member information 121 containing the information of the size of the members of a plurality of building object sections is input. In an allocation calculation process 102, the allocation of the members to raw material is calculated so that the yield of a material is improved, referring to raw-material size information. In an allocation data output process 103, an allocation data 122 displaying a calculated allocation method is output. The raw material is cut out in the size of each member in a cut-out process 104 by control using the allocation data 122, discrimination information is printed on member surfaces in a member discrimination-information printing process 105, and staining for discriminating building object is conducted in a member marking process 106.</p> |
