SOLUTION: The rotation of an output shaft 51 of a driving motor 50 is transmitted to one crank pin 37a of two or more crank pins 37 through a transmitting member such as external gears 52, 53 to rotate the pin, and the rotation of the crank pin 37a is decelerated and transmitted to a revolving body 13, that is, as the revolving body 13 is rotated at a low speed with high torque, the structure can be simplified, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
