A method, apparatus, and/or system for patient wellness monitoring is disclosed. In one step, therapy information specifying one or more medical treatments may be received by a wrist-worn device, the wrist-worn device including a wristband monitoring device and a faceplate device. A regimen for the user may be retrieved, the regimen being based on the received therapy. A notification related to a wellness concern may be generated on the wrist-worn device. Affirmative user input may be received by the faceplate device. One or more sensors may be activated to collect vital sign information of the user and the vital sign information may be received. The user input may be associated with the vital sign information. A wellness index may be calculated using the user input and the vital sign information, the wellness index indicating a degree of wellness of the user. A graphical element indicating the wellness index may be provided on the wrist-worn device. The wellness index may be wirelessly reported away from the wrist-worn device. |
