PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floating pier mooring device capable of following a water level fluctuation in a water area with water level fluctuation, and capable of always maintaining the floating pier alongside of the shore. SOLUTION: This floating pier mooring device is formed of first pulleys 5 arranged at a shore side bottom part of a floating pier 1, second pulleys 9 arranged at an offshore side bottom part of the floating pier 1, ropes 13 fixed to a land side part of an inclined surface 2 at one end thereof and fixed to a water bottom side of the inclined surface at the other end thereof and passed through the first and the second pulleys, wheels 7 provided in a quay side bottom part of the floating pier so as to be brought in contact with the inclined surface, and a hoisting rope 10 provided in the floating pier at a part provided with the second pulleys so as to adjust the tension of the ropes. The floating pier is always energized by the pushing force so as to come alongside of the shore, and the floating pier can be moved along the inclined surface, following a change of the water level.
