PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference voltage generating device which can speedily raise a reference voltage and sufficiently reduce a dark current flowing when a source voltage is stable. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a 1st electrifying means which supplies electric power via a resistor R0 when a switching element Q2 is on and a 2nd electrifying means which supplies electric power through an NPN transistor Q1 controlled by a differential amplifier 40 as electrifying means for electrification from a power line Lc to a band-gap(BG) circuit 30. Then a comparator 50 turns on the switching element Q2 until a source voltage (simple constant voltage Vc) reaches a voltage capable of controlling the NPN transistor Q1 through the differential amplifier 40 and turns off the switching element Q2 when the voltage reaches a voltage capable of controlling the NPN transistor Q1. Consequently, the reference voltage can speedily be raised when the source voltage is low and the dark current which flows when the source voltage is stable can be suppressed.
