PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ventilate indoors while ensuring a door locked state by allowing a door to be held in the open state while keeping a lock for care locked. SOLUTION: A stopper body 21 fittable into a slide hole 18 of a fastening arm 6 of a lock for care 1 rotatably mounted to the inner surface of the door 2, and enlargeable in the width direction of the slide hole 18, is fitted into the slide hole 18, and the stopper body 21 is enlarged in width in the slide hole 18 by a clamping means 22 to regulate the movement of the stopper body 21 onto the arm base end side.
