PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pickup device providing a high quality image causing no moire and to provide an image pickup system provided therewith. SOLUTION: A radograph is provided with a plurality of wavelength converting bodies 202 converting radiations into lights and a plurality of photoelectric transducers 103 transducing the lights converted by the wavelength converting bodies 202 into electric signals. Areas of incident surface of the radiations of the respective wavelength converting bodies 202 are made into random sizes and provided on the respective photoelectric transducers 103 disposed regularly.
