PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of easily and stably setting a felt sheet to a foaming mold without necessity of previously forming a fold at the sheet when the sheet is set in a state in which a folding nature is given at its suitable position of one mold of the folding mold. SOLUTION: The method for setting the felt sheet to the foaming mold comprises the steps of setting the felt sheet 14 to the one mold 18 of the foaming mold 16, casting and foaming urethane in the other mold 20, arranging a permanent magnet 22 at a suitable position of the one mold 18 to be set with the sheet when a cushion pad 10 in which the sheet is backed, arranging magnetic members 26 and 28 for allowing the sheet to be magnetically attracted to a suitable position, and correspondingly magnetically attracting a suitable number of the members arranged on the sheet to a suitable number of the magnets 22 arranged in the one mold to enable positioning of the sheet at the suitable position of the one mold.
