<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict with sufficient reliability turbidity of treated water obtained after a specified time, to determine feed rate of a coagulant by taking retardation time into consideration without using a complicated model and to automatically follow sudden change in quality of original water. SOLUTION: In a turbidity predicting system 20, from predicting variable data 41 among measured data 40 obtained from a water purification plant 50, by using an example base estimation model, the turbidity of the treated water formed in the water purification plant 50 after a specified time is estimated as an estimated turbidity 11. In a turbidity controlling system 30, from control variable data 43 among the measured data 40 obtained from the water purification plant 50 and the predicted turbidity 11 estimated by the turbidity predicting system 20, by using the example base estimation model, the feed rate of the coagulant to be fed in the water purification plant 50 is estimated.</p> |
