PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily accelerate a series of operations from removal of a folding box to boxing by allowing the folding box to be sucked reliably at a predetermined position to be taken out of a magazine. SOLUTION: The removing and feeding apparatus for a folding box removes the folding box 3 which is folded flat in a magazine 1 by sucking one of its sucked pieces 3a by a first suction means 13, opens the box 3 and transfers it to a conveyer 6. The first suction means 13 includes a first link 18 provided on a first rotating rotor 12 to be swingable by the rotation of the first rotor 12, a second link 20 swingably provided on the first link 18, and a suction head 22 attached to the second link 20. A link mechanism is provided between the second link 20 and the first rotor 12 for swinging the second link 20 so that a first sucking body 23 of the suction head 22 can be moved approximately in parallel in a linking manner with the swinging of the first link 18 when the folding box 3 is removed.
