PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin composition excellent in hues, transparency, thermal stability and molding properties, and giving a blow-molded product having few flaws on the surface thereof, and a polyester blow-molded product. SOLUTION: The polyester resin composition for a blow-molded product comprises a polyester comprising 10-100 wt.% of an ethylene naphthalene dicarboxylate unit and 90-0 wt.% of an ethylene terephthalate and/or an ethylene isophthalate unit, both based on all polyester constituting units, and incorporated therewith, 0.001-0.05 wt.%, based on the weight of the polyester, of a lubricant (A) having an average particle size of 0.1-0.7μm and a lubricant (B) having an average particle size of 0.8-2.0μm, the lubricant (A)/lubricant (B) weight ratio being 100/0-20/80.
