PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying roller conveyor capable of restraining a cost, capable of surely stopping an article by a stopper, capable of surely sending out the article at a prescribed speed by releasing the stopper and capable of preventing failure. SOLUTION: A roller 3b becoming a rotational driving state when the stopper 11 descends is arranged on the just upstream side of the stopper 11 for vertically moving by an air cylinder 10. A roller 3a becoming a half rotational driving state is arranged on the upstream side of the roller 3b. A roller 3c becoming a rotation driving state is arranged on the downstream side of the stopper 11.
