<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crash monitoring system for vehicle which can reduce a cost required for system construction, and provide an image pickup means mounting tool which can used by posterior mounting. SOLUTION: A camera stand 12 is provided with a mounting tool body 44 and an actuator 43. The mounting tool body 44 is mounted inside the vehicle, and a digital camera 21 is capable of installed to the mounting tool body 44. The actuator 43 is mounted to the mounting tool body 44, and actuates the digital camera 21 in case of emergency.</p> |
