SOLUTION: The pressure adjusting valve SV assembled on a body 1 is constituted such that a secondary pressure chamber 146A of a valve case 146 storing a poppet 44 controlling a differential pressure between the front and rear of a seat leading an output pressure by opposing to the seat 47 so as to travel freely is communicated with an annular inner buffer groove 146C provided on an outer peripheral side of an inner buffer hole 146B provided in the valve case through the inner buffer hole, the inner buffer groove is communicated with an annular outer buffer groove 146C provided on an outer peripheral side of an outer buffer hole 145A provided in a connector 145 through the outer buffer hole to connect the valve case with the connector, the poppet is driven by a solenoid Sd to control the differential pressure between the front and rear of the seat, and the secondary pressure chamber is communicated with a low pressure passage 1C through the inner buffer hole, the inner buffer groove, the outer buffer hole, the outer buffer groove, and a reflux hole 1R.
