PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a copyright at the time of storing contents in a storage medium by preventing the contents from being illegally viewed or rewritten. SOLUTION: Respective contents are enciphered for copyright protection, the contents are stored in a storage medium in the enciphered state, and the contents or metadata are processed in a secured area so that the copywrite can be protected. The enciphered contents stored by a receiving terminal are copied when viewed by a user, the enciphered meta data are copied in the same way, the copied metadata are decoded, and then the decoded metadata are used so that the copied contents can be decoded and reproduced. Thus, the ciphered contents data can be always stored, and the similar service can be received by another module anytime. |
