PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically record operation logs about electric products and to collect the operation logs to apply accumulation/statistics/editing to the operation logs. SOLUTION: The house (client side) 1 of a survey object has, for example, a refrigerator 10-1, microwave oven 10-2, rice cooker 10-3, air conditioner 10-4, washing machine 10-5, portable telephone adapter 10-6, etc., and in addition, a computer 11 and a bus 12 in the house as an electric product 10-n (n=1, 2,...). In the house 1, each electric product 10-n detects the operation data of the electric product and records the detected operation data. The product 10-n sends a plurality of pieces of recorded operation data in a plurality of periods to the computer 11 through the bus 12 in the house. The computer 11 outputs the received operation data as an operation log to an external network 3 from a terminal.
