PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide two metal fittings which can fit the entire large-sized monitor, a flexible mobile rack for loading a personal computer and an AV apparatus thereon, a pole that can house cables, and grip handles and large-sized casters which can be moved with the monitor fitted thereon. SOLUTION: Metal fittings 1 for fitting a monitor fitted to the back of the large-sized monitor are hooked on a mount plate 2 and fixed with a falling prevention screws 3. A pole 6 has a rack 5 which loads the personal computer and the AV apparatus thereon and whose height can be moved. The pole 6 which can house connected cables or the like has spaces. Grip handles 7 that are easy to grip and push this large-sized monitor stand are equipped and casters 4 with a stopper lock are fitted at the bottom thereof, so that the large-sized monitor stand can be moved with the personal computer and the AV apparatus connected, and further, a weight is welded to the back side of a stand base 8 to provide a structure with low center 4 of gravity such that the large-sized monitor stand is hard to fall down.
