PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide articles for infants capable of efficiently operating plants which produce these articles, having high productivity, capable of reducing cost for controlling commercial products including articles for infants in department stores and stores and not needing to use an excess nerve for storing articles for infant even at home and fibers for articles for infants. SOLUTION: The articles for infants are formed of a fiber obtained by combining a fibrous far-infrared radiation material comprising 5-60% wt.% alumina, 20-70 wt.% at least one kind of material selected from titanium dioxide, titanium carbide and titanium boride, 20-50 wt.% at least one kind of material selected from zirconia, zirconium carbide and zirconium diboride and >=0.01 wt.% rare earth metal oxide with natural fiber or synthetic fiber.
