PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the labor of a user when using a service provided on a network, and to achieve the quality securement and efficiency of the service. SOLUTION: A service substituting part interposed between a provided service group and a user accepts requests in a batch, and selects a service matched with the request of a user, and issues the service request. Thus, the service substituting part transfers data with a service managing part which manages customer information or the attributes of the service group. In this case, any service whose failure is generated is prevented, or the service request is issued in parallel with a plurality of services so that the reliability of the service can be improved, and that the processing time can be shortened. Also, charging information from the used service is managed in a batch, and the user is informed of it as necessary. |
