PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide wide article information matched to the taste of customers in a selling store. SOLUTION: When a user carrying a non-contact IC card 10, on which buying merchandise information or the like is stored, gets close to a merchandise tramsaction mediating device 20 and reaches the communication area of a non-contact IC card reader/writer 21, the merchandise transaction mediating device 20 reads the buying merchandise information or the like stored on the non-contact IC card 10 by the non-contact IC card reader/writer 21 without contact and outputs merchandise information selected on the basis of the read buying merchandise information or the like by an audio output device 24 and a display device 25. |
