PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bath room interior panel capable of easily providing the interior appearances of a different aspect, increasing heat insulating properties and strength, and facilitating a construction. SOLUTION: Both decorative plates 1a and 1b having different aspects applied on the surfaces thereof are stacked each other through a heat insulating material 2 and, around the periphery of the heat insulating material 2, groove type metal frame materials 3 opening to the outside are disposed between both decorative plates 1a and 1b and formed integrally with each other.
