PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of ventilating indoor air during the operation of a main body and controlling a room temperature efficiently by relating the control of the room temperature to the control of introduction of outside air into the main body. SOLUTION: The outside air, sucked by a ventilating fan 22 into the main body, is sent out of the air outlet 12 of the main body by a cross flow fan 13 whereby ventilation in a room can be effected. The rotating speed of the ventilating fan 22 is controlled in accordance with the rotating speed of the cross flow fan 13 and a difference between a room temperature and a set temperature whereby the control of the room temperature is related to the control of introduction of outside air into the main body. Accordingly, the control of the room temperature can be effected efficiently. |
