PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an NC controller capable of suppressing the influence of a noise, and easily facilitating countermeasures to the change of design. SOLUTION: A communication master station 62 is arranged in a control board 61, and a communication line 64 from a communication master station 62 is connected to drive units 55 and 41 arranged in the device main body, and a communication section 65 is set between the control board 61 and the drive unit 55. The lower drive unit 41 is provided with a communication slave 71 for communicating with the communication master station 62, and motor drivers 81-84 are connected to the communication salve 71. The respective motor drivers 81-84 are connected through a cable 91 to respective motors 26, 23, 33, and 37 of the lower locator, and the cable 91 is provided with a signal line 93 for transmitting signals from the encoders of the respective motors 26, 23, 33, and 37, and a detection signal transmitting section 94 is set between the respective drive units 81-84 and the respective motors 26, 23, 33, and 37.
