PURPOSE: A method of controlling the discharge angle of an indoor unit for an air conditioning system is provided to distribute uniform indoor temperature in a place of residence and secure pleasantness by quickly reaching the set-temperature. CONSTITUTION: A rotation angle of a vane is divided into at least three stage-zones according to the input data. The rotational speed of the vane is gradually increased from the initial angle of the vane to the maximum angle every zone. The rotational speed of the vane is gradually decreased when returning from the maximum angle to the initial angle. All the process is repeatedly performed. The rotation angle of the vane is divided at regular intervals. The rotation angle of the vane is differently divided every zone.
