<p>An audio/video data recording/reproducing device for outputting all the audio/video signals that are generated from a recorded moving-picture file, a still-picture file, or a file created by combining a moving-picture file and a still-picture file and that can be displayed on a display of the body of the audio/video data recording/reproducing device. When a digital interface of the recording/reproducing device is connected to a digital TV, a synthesized signal from a synthesizing section (117) is encoded into MPEG-TS codes by an IEEE1394 encoder (103) and the codes are outputted from an interface section (121); when the digital interface of the recording/reproducing device is connected an editing device or a recorder, the record signal from a reproducing section (116) is outputted as it is from the IEEE1394 interface section (121).</p> |
