PURPOSE: A reference signal selection apparatus is provided, which suppresses a performance degradation of an interlocking device due to an overlap of a reference signal by suppressing an error occurrence while connecting the reference signal of an apparatus by interlocking a communication measurement unit and the apparatus using the reference signal. CONSTITUTION: A signal selection part(10) comprises the first input unit(11) receiving the first reference signal in an input part receiving a reference signal from a plurality of apparatuses and then outputting it to an interlocking device, and the second input unit(12) receiving the second reference signal of an internal reference signal and then outputting it to the interlocking device. A mixing part(13) operates when the first and the second reference signal of the first and the second input unit are inputted at the same time, and generates a DC value. And a calculation part(14) outputs a selection signal so that a signal transfer part(30) selects the first reference signal as a default and applies it to a selection interlocking device when the reference signals are inputted at the same time, by performing an OR operation of the DC value of the mixing part and a path control signal of a control part(20).
