<p>A treatment fluid dispenser includes a phenolic foam core (12) encased in a fluid impervious skin or sheath (14). The fluid impervious skin or sheath (14) is sealed about the phenolic foam core (12). The phenolic foam core (12) is cut in half (10a) and saturated with formic acid fluid. Each half (10a) is vertically hung in a bee space (18) so as to downwardly dispose an exposed surface of the phenolic foam core (12) to thereby evaporate acid at a uniform rate.</p> |
