<p>An amountofcorneatobeexcised determining device for calculating the amountofcorneatobeexcised for conducting an appropriate orthokeratologic surgery on the basis of the corneal shape and refractive power of the eye. The device comprises first inputting means (53) for inputting data on the corneal shape before the eye of the patient undergoes a surgery, second inputting means (52, 53, 54) for inputting data on the corneal shape of the eye after the surgery (correction object), amountofexcision calculating means (54) for calculating data on the amountofcorneatobeexcised divided into data on the amount of excision of the symmetric component and data on that of the asymmetric component on the basis of the data inputted through the first and second inputting means, and outputting means (56, 59a, 59b) for outputting the results of the calculation by the amountofexcision calculating means. A cornea surgery device for efficiently conducting a surgery according to the calculated amountofcorneatobeexcised is also disclosed.</p> |
