PURPOSE: A method is provided to offer information of newly appeared idol by the internet. CONSTITUTION: The user is to connect to the ISP server by the network(900). The user then is asked to select the type and the file audio and visual file to the ISP server(905). After the transmitting the file, the files are being stacked by the classification of the database to be stored(915). The PD Union terminal user will connect to the ISP server(920) and selects the genre of the entertainment(925). Then the ISP server will provide the audio and visual file to the user(930). The PD Union terminal user searches through the ISP server for the idol(935) and request for additional information to the ISP server(940). If the user asks for personal information of the idol, for the security reasons, the ISP server is to request for personal information of the user(945) and will provide with the asked information if the user has registered(950, 955, 960).
