PURPOSE: Provided is a vertical blind apparatus able to automatically control angles thereof in order to simplify structure of the apparatus by eliminating several gears in a known apparatus. CONSTITUTION: The vertical apparatus(100) comprises a channel(105) horizontally installed on upper portion of a window; an angled bar(110) lengthwise inside the channel; a connection device(120) to connect the angled bar with a blind(115); a control unit(135) involving a roller device(125) to push and pull the connection device(120) at one side of the channel(105) and another roller device(130) for transferring rotation. The control unit(135) is operated by a push and pull strap(140) and another strap(145) to open and close the blind. The straps(140,145) are operated by a first and a second control devices with a remote control(160).
