PURPOSE: A medical intestinal canal control appliance for the roundabout of feces of an intestinal canal operating patient is provided to make the feces discharged via a tube without directly contacting with the anastomosis region. CONSTITUTION: The medical intestinal canal control appliance for the roundabout of feces of an intestinal canal operating patient comprises a long tube(4) made of flexible harmless material, and a tubular part(6) on the upper end of the tube. A fixing balloon(8,10) are provided at the upper side and the lower side on the outer circumference of the tubular part, and a tube opening/closing balloon is installed at the inner surface of the tubular part. The balloons are constructed so as to be expanded or contracted by the air injected/discharged via air injection pipes.
