PURPOSE: A method for declaiming an Internet program screen for a visual handicapped man is provided to enable a visual handicapped man to easily a conveniently get the various information from the Internet by declaiming the various objects, a list, a configuration of homepage, an inputted address and the application program information used in making the homepage. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of booting a computer(S100), starting an operating system program(S110), setting a message hook(S120), starting message hooking(S130), executing a web browser(S140), inputting an address of server to connect in an address input box of web browser(S200), confirming the connection to the server corresponding to the inputted address(S150), parsing a document on the web browser of connected server(S160), and outputting the information of objects by a voice in case of existing the objects(S300). The voice outputting step comprises steps of buffering the information of objects, transmitting the stored object information to a voice engine and outputting the transmitted information with the voice by using the voice engine. |
