PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance setting operation efficiency and improve welder fabrication performance, in a mold for welder fabrication for welding and fusing the skin of a sun visor by means of a welder, when a sun visor core is wrapped with the skin of the sun visor of a polyvinyl chloride sheet. SOLUTION: The setting operation of the sun visor core 20 is precisely and simply performed and the sun visor core 20 is kept in an appropriate horizontal state during welder fabrication by peripherally installing head supports 47 and 56 in a loop fashion at the inner circumferences of an upper electrode 43 and a lower electrode 52. Thus the generation of excess tension, slack or the like is inhibited during welding the skin 21 of the sun visor and sufficient welding strength is secured. In addition, a resin accumulation spot is prevented from being formed on the surface of a finished product. |
